I did a full scan before this which removed most of the infections: Here is the Malwarebytes Anti-Malware log after a quick scan. When I re-boot and run MWB again, there are still infections.Ĭan anyone please help me with these problems. I've since ran Malwarebytes 3 times and each time it is unable to delete all of the files without re-booting.

I have used Malwarebytes and it seems to have removed it although I'm not fully sure. When I logged on today after startup, an unknown program called SafeShield loaded up.

I discovered these problems about a week ago when trying to sort out my McAfee Anti-virus (I wasn't able to update this) which I am still having problems with. I'm new to this forum and am here because I have a number of problems that I have discovered.
